Hi Brett, My specialty is deep tissue and Swedish massage however I also use pressure point and stretch therapy depending on what you need. I have a lot of experience with athletes with overworked and sore muscles. My massage is typically a very firm massage, however I'll make sure your body is warmed up and ready for the deeper portions of the massage. If you need additional work it will be provided at no additional charge. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
