- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $110 for 1-to-1 Groups: $140 for 2 $160 for 3 $180 for 4-5 $200 for 6-9 $250 for 10+
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk about your goals and background with yoga beforehand! Then begin with a style right for you! We will practice centering in through mindful breathing, then move into the body and heart space with fun and creative sequencing tailored for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, trained by Yandara Yoga Institute in Bali, Indonesia in 2018 in Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin! I’m also a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher. I am a certified Reiki Level ll Practitioner, trained by Allison Eaton, offering in-person energy healing, and online distance Reiki healing services.
