Introduction: I offer professional bookkeeping at a great rate. Hiring an independent bookkeeper, like myself, is smart because it will save you the high cost of paying a CPA firm for bookkeeping service. My business accounting degree along with over 25 years experiance will ensure that your books are accurate, help your business succeed, and allow you to focus on other important tasks. I am always excited to meet new business owners and begin the process of getting the books up to date, accurate, and ready for your financial needs. I will prepare your financial statements monthly so they will always be available when needed for business management, audits, reporting and tax return preparation. Please Note: I will record your payroll but I DO NOT PROCESS PAYROLL. You will need to hire a payroll service. Also, I will work with your CPA at tax time but I DO NOT PREPARE INCOME TAX RETURNS.

Today, I worked with Marlene Minster of X-Act Bookkeeping. She was wonderful. She solved all my Quickbooks and accounting issues in just 2 hours. This included working with my accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, running various reports and financial statements.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge a deposit that I hold for the entire time we do business. It will be returned or applied to a final invoice if we stop doing business together. Just like a rental deposit. This is to cover me for the approximate amount of work I do for you in a months time because I only send my billing after the work is complete. I run the risk of not getting paid without this.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer a complimentary consultation at a location of your choice. Then, if interested in moving forward; together we determine the best plan based on your business needs. All work is completed from my home office unless other arrangements are agreed to.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have my bachelors degree in business accounting from California State University Fullerton, 1994. I have been employed as a staff accountant, controller, and human resource manager prior to starting my own bookkeeping business in 2009.
