- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your request, we’ll reply within 24 hours to confirm availability and schedule a time to go over the details. From there, we’ll work with you to create the perfect menu and experience for your event! To secure your date, we require a 25% deposit once your booking is confirmed. This deposit goes toward your total balance. The remaining 75% is due upon arrival the day of the event (unless otherwise arranged). 💫 Cancellation & Refund Policy 30+ days before your event: Your deposit is fully refundable. 15–29 days before your event: Your deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied as a credit toward a future booking (rescheduled one time, subject to availability). Within 14 days of your event: Your deposit is non-refundable due to scheduling and preparation already in progress. Thank you for considering us for your event — we can’t wait to make it magical! 🧚🏻
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re licensed bartenders and certified to serve alcohol in the state of California. ✔️ We’ve also completed the BarSmarts spirits & mixology course, which deepened our knowledge of cocktail history, classic techniques, and spirit profiles. Rhino’s background is rooted in bar culture — from tiki lounges to private parties — and he loves crafting drinks that are both elevated and fun (his go-to spirit? Rum, of course 🏝️). We’re all about creating a welcoming bar experience where guests feel relaxed and celebrated. On the tea and herbal side, Lucy is certified in both the Introductory Herbal Course and Mastering Herbal Formulations through the Herbal Academy. With a focus on energetics, intention, and seasonal support, she blends teas and mocktails that nourish the body and feel like ritual (her favorite herb? It changes with the moon 🌕). Whether it’s shaken, steeped, or spirit-free, we bring thoughtful, plant-powered energy to every experience — and we love sharing what we do with curious, kind humans.
