- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is very easy. We have a minimum price which would usually cover 1 Room of your home, then we have a standard price for each additional room, stairs, or hallway that you have cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask where are you located so that we can schedule an appointment time/day that best works for both parties. Next find out how many rooms that you would like cleaned, if you have any upholstery that you would like to have cleaned as well. If you do then I like to find out what is the material of your Upholstery as some can not be cleaned. I like to give you an estimated price which in some cases it may change once the Technician arrives if you decide to add more areas. We then call you the day before your scheduled appointment as a courtesy reminder call.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different types of customers. They range from your average neighbor to your well known actors and actresses.
