Introduction: I pride myself in my work keeping quality and customer service my main priority. I live in this community and my goal is to make the service experience a pleasant one. I make myself available and always have time to guide customers in the right direction even if it means they decide to hire my competitor. I am not the cheapest in town, but certainly my work ethic is second to none. I love the interaction with clients, getting to know their needs and meeting their expectations. Pleasing them with results is very rewarding.

Central Air Conditioning Repair or Maintenance

Upon request we received a prompt response with Rick himself coming out access our A/C problem. Within an hour the quote was given and the job booked. On the install day Marcell performed the install. He was professional, courteous and mindful of using shoe covers and a face mask when entering or approaching any of my family members. We now have AIR!!! Thank you again!!

Central Air Conditioning Installation or Replacement

We had a mini split system installed in our home with Brindicci Engineering. They did an amazing job. The quote was reasonable, Ricc was very responsive and the job was completed in one day. The installation was smooth and they cleaned up after themselves. We are so happy with our air conditioning and would absolutely recommend Brindicci Engineering for your HVAC needs.

Heating System Repair or Maintenance

I had a great experience with Rick. He tried to help me over the phone/texts to see if my heating issue could be something very minor, and I could fix it myself. He was honest and very helpful from the start. He ended up come to my house next day and found out the heating blower needed to be replaced. He ordered the parts and fixed it - he was very efficient and professional. I’m so glad I’ve found him. Other company told me to replace the whole heater and give me very high quotes. Thank you so much Rick!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing system is simple, it usually includes all material, labor and taxes. Its followed by a payments schedule and progress payments if a job will take more than a few days.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically let the customer set the pace. I offer solutions and listen to their needs. Honestly most clients have done the research. These days it’s more about accommodating their schedule and being responsive then “selling tactics”. I would say I approach each new customer as if I were in their shoes. If I was to spend thousands of dollars what are my expectations ? I try to get to a happy comfort level.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am an electrical engineer and I continually seek out education building classes. Recently I am enrolled in sigma six classes which help streamline manufacturing, I have enrolled in additional education and looking to achieve my masters.
