Steve was very professional, worked for several hours putting our Napoleon Prestige 500 together and made sure everything was working before he left. He was meticulous about the assembly and the grill looks fantastic. I would definitely use him again for any future grill needs!

Steve communicated very clearly and setting up an appointment was easy. He came prepared to clean and to replace the igniter and regulator. Did a very thorough job - the grill looks great and works like a charm, and he left the work area spotless. Recommended.

Steve got right back to me about our built in Cal Flame grill. it was 10 yrs old and I literally use it everyday. It had several broken parts. He cleaned it like you wouldn't believe and custom fit it with aftermarket parts and instead of us having to buy a new grill. it's good for another 10! looks amazing. He is also very fair price wise and takes care to make sure everything is cleaned up. Give him a shot before you buy a new grill for sure!
