tech was very professional. He explained his diagnosis, showed me the part and gave a fair estimate. unfortunately the repair cost neary as much as a new machine.

Focus Prime Solutions's reply

Valarie, thank you for your feedback. While I always prefer to fix an appliance, I believe in being honest when a replacement makes more financial sense for the customer. I’m glad you appreciated the professional diagnosis. Let me know if you need help with your new machine!

I called earlier in the day because our dryer wasn't producing heat. Anton came out within 2 hours and was able to resolve the issue within 1-2 hours. He suggested regular maintenance and cleaning on our washer and dryer which I appreciated since that was something I neglected. I had him come out the next day to clean the dryer duct ($249). He'll also be coming back for a third day to do a full clean of our washer which had a lot of gunk in it (also $249). Overall, I'm happy with the service. It was quick, got the job done, and now I know how to better maintain our washer and dryer going forward.

Focus Prime Solutions's reply

Hi David, thank you so much for the 5-star review! I’m glad I could get your dryer back up and running so quickly. It was a pleasure helping you with the maintenance and deep cleaning of your units. Proper care really does make a huge difference in how long these appliances last! Looking forward to seeing you again for the final washer cleaning. Best regards, Anton (Focus Prime Solutions).

Had a small project in yard; he built vinyl panel to cover a/c and removed existing cover. Tony responded quickly, finished timely, and cleaned up the work area before leaving. I would hire again.
