I called earlier in the day because our dryer wasn't producing heat. Anton came out within 2 hours and was able to resolve the issue within 1-2 hours. He suggested regular maintenance and cleaning on our washer and dryer which I appreciated since that was something I neglected. I had him come out the next day to clean the dryer duct ($249). He'll also be coming back for a third day to do a full clean of our washer which had a lot of gunk in it (also $249). Overall, I'm happy with the service. It was quick, got the job done, and now I know how to better maintain our washer and dryer going forward.
