Modablock Construction is a company you can trust. Yurri completed our ceiling fan project quickly and had a special eye for detail. The original fan installation had some flaws which Yurri spotted immediately. I was so impressed with his work we discussed two more projects that we need to get done. Highly recommended.

Yurii did a fantastic job installing two ceiling fans. The old fans had been in place for 35 years so it was a not a simple exchange of old to new. Yurii ensured everything was done up to code and even had to do some work in the attic.
He was on time, professional, good communicator and knowledgeable.
I am already planning additional tasks that I need done at my house.

Have wanted to hire again for other projects. Came to fix our garbage disposal but said was working on construction license. Definitely did great work and went the extra mile with a few things. Taught me how to rotate our disposal which had no idea. Would love to hire for more projects.

I would call on Yurii again if I needed another ceiling fan to be put up. He took down my old one,(which had broken), and put up my new one with no problem. I asked him if he could take a look at my old one before taking it down, which he did with no problem, but to no avail, it definitely no longer was working. If in the future I should need any electrical work done I would call on him again.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had an interest in creating and building projects. Early on in my childhood, I always “rolled up my sleeves” and worked on project’s such as, repairing and building alongside my dad growing up. After I received my Mechanical Engineering degree, I began to do work with construction, I quickly noticed many contractors were in it for the money rather than delivering good work for their clients. This is why I have decided to start my own business because now there is a huge demand for workers who are doing a great job on the projects.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently had a project that went really well and the client shared positive feedback. I installed a T.V mount in the living room and once completed, I was asked to do other work around the house- for instance, I also installed two ceiling fans, three motion sensors, and installed new garbage disposal.
