- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I am clearing the home for the first time it probably will take a bit longer. Due to preparation for the maintenance of the scheduled service to follow which will take less time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To make sure that we both have an understanding as to what needs to be done. That makes it much easier for the cleaner as well as the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended some college courses, however, you have to have hands on training as well as proper edicate, that's key for any business.
