- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
STANDARD CLEANING $65.00 per hour 2 Cleaners and all supplies included. DEEP CLEANING $75.00 per hour 2 Cleaners and all supplies included. POST CONSTRUCTION $95.00 per hour 2 cleaners and all supplies included. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. New Potential Client is asked for a phone call appointment. 2. During phone call PC is asked a various of questions about home example " Is there any heavy stains in your tub?" 3. Once those questions are answered PC is given a thorough quote. I make sure I ask all the right questions to assure the closest quote possible. That is why I ask for full honesty when speaking to me over the phone. If not, when cleaners arrive and find the place is not as described usually re quoting will be needed. We have two options for re quotes. 1. You can accept the re-quote. The work is guaranteed to be finished and no additional re quotes will be done. Even if the cleaner takes 30 min extra you will not be charged. 2. Deny the re-quote and prioritize on the most important areas. Ex: Bathroom and Kitchen. Although we will try our very best to finish the most important areas. It does not guarantee a finished job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To get hired cleaners must have a background in Home Cleaning. At least 2 plus years. ALL cleaners go through a 4 week training regardless of experience.
