Julia Walrath

I am a stay at home Mom currently living in Los Angeles. I am active and like the outdoors, and am very reliable. My children are older and that leaves me with a lot of free time. I'd like to offer my house sitting expertise, to provide you with the knowledge and security that your home and pets are being well looked after while you’re away. In return, this gives me an opportunity of living in different locations and environments, and helps to satisfy my itchy-feet syndrome. In my care-taking role, I treat your home with privacy and respect, and provide companionship and a nurturing environment for your pets. As a mother I have experience dealing with general house maintenance and care. I am an avid gardener and even approach weeding as a chore to be relished!
