Their installation matched everything I had already read! Their pricing was in line with my other quotes, but their designer Alex brought up aspects of our install that no one else mentioned (during initial walk through). This is what stood out most. By far the most attention to detail, which is important to me because I'm quite the perfectionist in general. Installers delivered 100% what was sold to us. Communication was great, follow-up was fast, and the one small air flow concern we had was immediately addressed after I made Advantage aware of the issue. My house is almost too cold!
