- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in providing the greatest value to our customers, our pricing is all inclusive. We do not offer a low number just to get the job only to charge extra for any number of additional services. We believe communication is fundamental to understanding the customer and providing a great experience. We are licensed, bonded and fully insured; our workers and you or anybody at our jobsite are covered by million dollar policies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a phone call to get an idea of the scope of services required, and then schedule an on-site visit to accurately evaluate the condition of the surfaces to be painted. Only then is when we put together a written proposal detailing the entire project: preparation of the site, covering floors, furniture, mask fixtures, prepping surfaces, fill, patch, caulk, prime, sand and then PAINT.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Markus apprenticed in Europe developing the habits of an old world craftsman, with an attention to detail that is borderline obsessive. Bruce was mentored by a custom home developer that was trained and certified as an architect and holds both General Contractor and Real Estate Broker licenses; they recently finished a multi-million dollar 8,000 sqft project.
