Presto Blinds

Introduction: Presto Blinds we take pride in providing our customers a hands on approach whereby we give as much care and understanding to clients whether they are purchasing a single blind for a kitchen or if they are covering every window in their home. Communication is key in any business and here at Presto, it is never a problem taking the time in offering quick, courteous responses to our customer's questions and concerns. There are several ways to reach us and even if we are out on a job, on a ladder, etc. I try to respond in a timely manner. Usually within minutes and certainly never longer than an hour. I, myself have found it frustrating in dealing with some companies who either do not call me back or are simply too busy to answer my calls to begin with. I have made it a priority to not allow that to happen to my customers and take the position that I want to treat people exactly how I would like to be treated. I truly love the fact that every job is different in some way. I think that keeps it interesting for me and although many people may look at a window and say it is just a typical window, that is not always so and having over 22 years experience in the window treatment field, I can evaluate how exactly the finished product will look.
