Carlos and Romeo did a great job assessing our plumbing issues without any hard sells or scare tactics. They provided a very reasonable estimate, so we were happy to have them repair a leak in our irrigation system as well as replacing failing wax rings under our toilets. They were great to chat with and left all work areas very clean. I appreciated that they took their shoes off in the house and was even careful to not slam any doors to minimize noise. We have a newborn, so really appreciated this extra care. We look forward to future plumbing projects with them!

Carlos is such a gem of a human being. He came by to check on my water heater that wasn't turning on, managed to turn it on and identify the issue and advised me on how I could prevent it from turning off in the future. Since the issue was resolved within the consultation itself, he didn't charge me anything, even when I offered to cover some of his basic costs. His advice was genuine and valuable, and gained my trust immediately. Next time something goes wrong in the home, I know who I'm calling!

Carlos came by this morning to check out why our water bill skyrocketed. He came at 10 am after we contacted them earlier in the morning. Amazing in and of itself (fast service is always a good thing). We did not believe we had any leaks and Carlos verified that was the case. We talked about other solutions to our problem. He opened the main water meter (manually read) and used it to indicate to us that there was no water leaking as the meter did not move after 15 min. We then concluded that an error was probably made reading the meter and that we should challenge our EBMUD bill. He promised to send us a report of his findings that we could use justifying our desire to see the bill changed. Carlos was prompt, professional and patient. He answered all my questions and I will certainly call again if we have any water issues in the future.
