- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment for our Design Consultant to bring our samples to your home, provide you an exact estimate of your job. Once you are ready to move forward, we have you sign the contract and discuss an install date, on that date we install. Acrylic or Sentrel Tub or Shower areas are demoed and installed in 1 day. Small Bathroom Acrylic or Sentrel Full Remodels are demoed and installed in 2 days. Granite Slab Jobs are demoed and installed in 2-4 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Owner and Installation crew have been involved in construction for 20 years. We are licensed, bonded and have all insurances required by the state of California and the California State Licensing Board.
