Very responsive and honest. They will let you know first if it’s actually a bedbug problem or just another random insect. We had a carpet beetle who are seasonal so really appreciate their honest assessment!

We ended up not needing this service, because we had mites not bugs. Jeremy is a trustworthy professional: he advised us to first get an inspection, instead of just scheduling the treatment. He saved us the hassle of the bedbug treatment, and more importantly, helped us get to the actual root of the problem. I hope I never have bedbugs, but if I do, I know I'll be calling him.

I used Thumbtack for the first time today because I thought I had a bedbug problem. I was given several companies to contact. Thermal Solutions was the only company to respond and it happened within minutes. I explained my situation to Jeremy and he was very responsive, asking me for a picture of my captured bugs. He confirmed they weren’t bedbugs which was great, but I learned I have ticks. That information allowed me to get my dog to the vet and hire a pest control company to come out to spray, all within 2 hours of my downloading the app. I am grateful for his free advice. I hope I never get bedbugs, but if I do, I’m calling these folks. Not too many companies will be this helpful without getting something in return.
