- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly fee for most jobs and may give a flat fee option for special jobs to help with your costs. You will generally pay more if you pay a flat fee up front. Why? Because most jobs don't require more than a couple hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send my client to my support site and give them a code to enter. I connect to the system and get it working again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IT has been my chosen profession for my entire career. I am a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) as well as Aplus Certified for over 20 years. I have others as well but those are the basic certs a customer should look for.
