Wish I could give more stars! Alain was completely responsive and understanding of my situation. As most homeowners try to do, we tried fixing something and another issue arises. We had tried swapping out my faucet and one of the pipes broke off at the elbow. This resulted in us being without water as this house is older and the only way to turn the faucet off is at the water main. I had multiple people try and help me get it out, but we all failed. It took Alain about 30 minutes in and out to take care of this issue. His experience and tips were extremely helpful today! Thank you so much for the professionalism and support today!

I had shower valve issue that only give little water , the worker who helped me install the shower valve had been working on it almost two days and try to figure what’s wrong , they even told me the shower valve had defects… Alain showed up and pointed out the problem within 5 minutes!! He was very patient and honest, shared with his experience and knowledge not only to me but to my worker. He provided the service beyond the my expectations. Try him if you don’t want to like me accidentally hired someone pretending he is professional but have no idea what he’s doing .
