Wish I could give more stars! Alain was completely responsive and understanding of my situation. As most homeowners try to do, we tried fixing something and another issue arises. We had tried swapping out my faucet and one of the pipes broke off at the elbow. This resulted in us being without water as this house is older and the only way to turn the faucet off is at the water main. I had multiple people try and help me get it out, but we all failed. It took Alain about 30 minutes in and out to take care of this issue. His experience and tips were extremely helpful today! Thank you so much for the professionalism and support today!

We hired X press Plumbing to diagnose and fixing the issue. Alaine came on time , diagnosed the issue and he himself called the vendor and confirmed that there is still warranty remaining on the heater. He worked with vendor and got us new water heater for no charges and installed a new one. I will hire him in future plumbing related job. Thanks Alaine for your help.
