FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jonestown Builders keeps pricing honest, competitive, and easy to understand — no hidden costs, ever. We break everything down upfront so you know exactly where every dollar goes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Jonestown Builders, we keep things clear and efficient from the first call to final inspection. Consultation – We start by understanding your goals, timeline, and budget to ensure the project fits your vision. Site Visit – We visit your property to assess existing conditions, take measurements, and identify any structural or code considerations. Detailed Proposal – You’ll receive a transparent, itemized estimate outlining labor, materials, and schedule — no hidden costs. Agreement & Scheduling – Once approved, we finalize the contract, collect the required deposit and lock in your start date. For larger projects, progress payments are built into the schedule to match each milestone. Construction & Updates – Our team manages all trades, inspections, and logistics. You’ll receive regular updates, progress photos, and schedule confirmations. Final Walkthrough – We complete a thorough walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets our quality standards before final payment. We’re known for fast turnaround, honest pricing, and quality craftsmanship across the Bay Area and Central Valley. From full remodels to new ADU and multi-unit construction, we treat every project as if it were our own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
