I reached out to Brown's Heating and AC over x-mas holiday because I needed to fix my tenant's heater ASAP but another service provider who was originally assigned to me via warranty company cancelled on me several times over a couple of weeks. After I explained the issue with the heater, the tech from Brown's Heating and AC told me to first instruct my tenant to clean the filter and reset the system, and that did it! NO repair was actually necessary (the heater is about 3y old). Thank you Brown's Heating and AC for being so knowledgeable, professional and honest!
