Through my personal journey with Reiki, I found stillness, peace, joy and self love. The loving practice of Reiki has opened my heart, intuition, and awareness to heal from within. I felt instantly safe and supported in her presence. Thus, I was able to open up and feel the Reiki healing energy flowing through her. I was aware of the subtle energies and shifts. Sunny has a natural and organic ability to make you feel safe and loved in her presence. Being fairly new to Reiki, she allowed for space to check-in about my hopes and expectations, and articulated the ways that reiki can be a vessel of healing energy in my life.
With the beautiful vibrations of sound bath playing in the background, I immediately developed this overwhelming sense of relaxation, peace and gratitude throughout the session. I think I may have been a little too relaxed and fell asleep a few times!
