As a kid I just realized that I have a natural ability to analyze and solve problems and applied it to computers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Communication is the key; make sure you make it clear to me (or any IT guy) what your problem is, so he/she doesn't end up overcharging (or undercharging) you.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
