Franco was wonderful. Not only did he contact us quickly but he communicated to us along the way so that we knew what to expect. Up front. that impressed us. While on the job, he quickly analyzed the problem and thus fixed our problem capably and quickly. He was so great. We will definitely use Franco again. You know, this is the third time we used craftsman recommended by thumbtack and we are so impressed with the quality of people you have sent to us. Thumbtack is such a valuable resource for us.

Francois was right on time, came prepared and diagnosed and remedied our electrical issues quickly! He even pointed out a couple additional issues we were not aware of and fixed those as well, without an up-charge! He’s now my favorite electrician and I’m looking for any excuse to hire him again. Highly recommended - there’s a reason he has 5 stars across the board! Thank you, Francois!

Franco installed a chandelier for me in my home. We had some scheduling challenges at first, but Franco found a way to make things work on a day that he thought he would end up having to reschedule do his truck breaking down. He made alternative arrangements to make sure he still did the job as scheduled. He was very respectful and professional in his work. He did a great job on the installation and cleaned up everything when he was done. Thanks Franco!

Best handyman I've ever hired. He was punctual, reasonable, and seemed to magically fix everything needed. In fact, we didn't want him to leave our home and kept finding things for him to repair. We are calling him back this week for more repairs. When you get to know the owner, you'll understand why he's so gifted and honest. He's not your typical handyman and is well versed and particularly capable with electrical repairs.

Reps and management stated he was polite and courteous. It was a little busy but he was still professional and so far all cabinets and drawers he fixed where fixed properly. Price and service was just right. My plan is to hire him on another job needed.
