I will never show up unannounced at your home. If I see a problem of concern to your home I will contact you immediately either by phone , voicemail or text message before I am finished. If I am unable to reach you I will leave a detailed written message for you. My focus is quality of clean. I will never cut corners and I will address your main concerns of areas first. I am very flexible on on cost. We can discuss and negotiate a price... both you (the customer) and I ...can agree on. If you request a face mask and or shoe covers in your home I will honor the request. I provide all my own equipment and cleaning supplies. ...A first impression is an only impression you do not have a second chance at... I am 100% customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is what I strive and believe in My services Include but are not limited to the following: Weekly Bi-weekly Monthly Clean-outs (moving out or into a home) Special Occasion cleans Trash Removal from said property only. Love, love, LOVE Mel! Such a sweetheart and kicks a** at what she does. She is one tough woman. Had our place deep cleaned by another cleaning company and then hired her to compare and she opened my eyes to how much we were ripped off. Now I have Mel come over on a schedule and it’s always nice to visit with her as well. Thanks Mel !

I always try and keep my house company ready (meaning stuff off the counters and floors) but I knew the deep cleaning was not getting done. Mel to the rescue. She worked her tushie off. It took longer than I am sure she expected but if you want to see her work just ask her for pictures of my shower (on second thought don't) I would be embarrased but not any longer, it's sparking clean.🙂

I offer free over the phone and or in home estimates. I honor my quotes 100% If you require additional services a discount will be applied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically would like the customer to give a tour of the home and also have the customer to discuss main areas of concern in rooms that are being cleaned. This way ... not only the customer but myself as well ... can both get to know one another on a professional and friendly basis. I want the customer to feel comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have in the past worked for a Professional Cleaning Company for 4 + years.
