Customer satisfaction is what I strive and believe in My services Include but are not limited to the following: Weekly Bi-weekly Monthly Clean-outs (moving out or into a home) Special Occasion cleans Trash Removal from said property only. Melissa was very upfront with her pricing. She was very professional when showed up to our home for our scheduled clean. Melissa called us the day before to give us a reminder on our scheduled time. We hadn't noticed that our main shower was starting to develop mold and was immediate to bring to our attention and she took extra time passed what we were quoted and did not charge anything extra. We will definitely keep Melissa around for our cleaning needs..

I offer free over the phone and or in home estimates. I honor my quotes 100% If you require additional services a discount will be applied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically would like the customer to give a tour of the home and also have the customer to discuss main areas of concern in rooms that are being cleaned. This way ... not only the customer but myself as well ... can both get to know one another on a professional and friendly basis. I want the customer to feel comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have in the past worked for a Professional Cleaning Company for 4 + years.
