Marcus was precise and very informative as well as helpful to me. He showed his professionalism with his hands on instructions on the "patients," for lack of a better word. I would recommend his CPR/FIRST AID Trainings to my co-workers and family.

Marcus talked about real life situations dealing with CPR/AED and First Aid compared with the video situations/instructions. That gave me a better overview of what actions to take. He also gave good and direct instructions while we worked on the dummies.

I am a PTA and I had to renew my BLS certificate. The class was quick, informative and reasonable in price. I would recommend the class to anyone who needs to renew or a first timer. The instructor was very helpful and offered help as needed.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Hospitals Schools Industrial Companies Agricultural Companies Dentist, Medical Office Daycares, Preschools Government Agencies

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First and foremost, it is important to get quality training by professionals that have many years of experience and are updated with the new (ECC2015) CPR changes. There are numerous organizations that offer CPR/AED & First Aid classes at a low cost because they are not reputable and are not accepted as the are incompliant. Check who the company is certified through and if they are offering a reputable certification that is widely accepted. (For Example: American Heart Association, American Red Cross & ASHI/MEDIC are approved by most companies)
