- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have three pricing variables that I use for most of my projects witch are Labor, materials, and miscellaneous expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I will give a rough estimate based on pictures and descriptions Second, I will have to go to the location and get an accurate estimate for the work Third, we will come to term with the scope of the work, timelines, and obligations Fourth, the project will start and will proceed in a timely manner till completion Fifth, you’ll get to enjoy your newly landscape for year to come. :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked different trades that has enable me to have a wide range of experience, I spent a year working commercial rough carpentry, a year weatherproofing homes with training from pg&e, and the last 15 months landscaping. I have found that these experiences have allowed me to have a cross discipline in the trades.
