He arrived promptly as scheduled, and his pricing was very competitive, significantly more affordable than other quotes I received. Joel also demonstrated great flexibility; he was happy to trim a few additional plants in the front that weren't part of our initial agreement, and he only charged a small, reasonable extra fee for it.
Overall, I am extremely impressed with his service. His willingness to work out a bi-monthly maintenance schedule, which many others don't agree to, is a huge plus. I will definitely be having him handle our regular yard maintenance going forward. Highly recommend!
