* BA in Physical Education with a concentration in health and wellness
* RKC Kettlebell certified
* Certified in BASI Mat Pilates
* Certified in Pilates Coach Reformer I & II
* Fall prevention certification from the Healthy Aging Association

Fat loss, body sculpting, strength and improved mobility by utilizing a combination of kettlebell work, TRX, bands-and-body weight exercises.
