- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will send an initial price quote for your photography request. Feel free to ask me about pricing. Possible questions might be: how much do additional photos cost, how many photos do I need, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial price quote and contact, I like to ask the client if they have any specific questions about the photo shoot and pricing. Once everything is finalized, I like to spend a couple minutes just talking about any creative ideas or specifics that the client wants for their photos. This helps both of us be on the same page from start to finish of the photo shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in English/studio art from Saint Mary's College of California. I also have a work background in media/tv production which has given me photography/lighting skills that I would not have otherwise. I have also worked in customer service and as a childcare nanny. I believe in a friendly and personal approach that lets clients feel at ease during the photo session.
