FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the client’s condition, length, density, and other factors. An example can be, for a color service, if someone desires a certain hair color or look that requires multiple processes to achieve that look from where their current hair is at, it must be something discussed during the online consultation to determine the closest accurate pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to start with a consultation. I require an online consultation to deliver quality work and also to give the customer an accurate price based on what is required. In person, I still like to analyze the hair as well as it can be different in person from photos online to determine what we can do to achieve the look the client desires. Depending on what type of service the customer wants, I will complete the process for any service necessary whether it’s applying color, weaving highlights, painting balayage, cutting hair, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Asel Beauty College who is partnered with The Comb Accelerated Training. Under The Comb’s program I trained in precision cutting, color, balayage, highlights, styling, smoothing treatments, and more. I obtained my license in cosmetology shortly after graduating from cosmetology school. I still continue my education through advanced technique courses with Masters of Balayage, brand hosted courses such as Redken, and private classes at The Comb. I believe this career always requires ongoing education to deliver the best results behind the chair in this evolving industry.
