My kitchen sink faucet broke yesterday evening after hours around 530 pm. We can not use our kitchen sink because we have to shut off the water. when I posted for immediate repair on my thumbtack. Paul responded within a minute and he told me that he is just finishing the job in Irvine and he will come to my home to fix the faucet. I have a faucet in stock so I asked him about the labor charges and he gave me on the phone without looking the faucet. he arrived at our house at 7:05 Pm and completely finished the job by 7: 45 pm. He cleaned all the mess and wipe everything where he worked on. He did not charge me for coming out after hours. He was very kind and gave me some advise for future problem solving method. He was very friendly and check out my other toilets and shower faucets. I will definitely use him for any future plumbing problems.I highly recommend him. Thank you Paul for job well done.
