- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the total cost to service our clients. This includes gas, advertising, consulting, and material acquisition. We do our best to price our services competitively without reducing quality standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact them via Thumbtack or by phone. Ask customers brief summary of services they are looking to get done. Ask any questions regarding job service, product, material needed, and expectations. Send estimates and ask customer to over look and ask any questions they may have. Finally, agree on a time and date. Due to COVID-19 we are only doing in person estimates when required. All precautions such as masks and 6ft social distance practiced.

5 years experience in General Construction/Handyman field.
