- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing , but I make the rules in my company and I also love to help people out if they need a more affordable price for their budget I am always willing to help out as long as its fair on both sides. I also offer contracts for for any event that has 5+ people requesting makeup applicaton.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for a new customer is to vibe them out and ask some questions. Simple questions about themselves, or what their planning on wearing, where are they going, what's their favorite color . It's a must that I know these things lol JK. I am very talkative and in my experience my clients love to talk as well. Getting to know my clients is my second most favorite thing, aside to actually doing the makeup and seeing the process that is makeup. I absolutely LOVE it!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course I am an #mbmdoll and they welcome all of their students to join class and learn new techniques or just brush up on certain techniques that need improvement on.
