Jason Brenner is our architect for our new home which was a very different kind of construction problem. We wanted to attach a downstairs basement to a modular home without going outside and make it look like a Craftsman style treatment. Jason accomplished all of the requested details to the house and made it look amazing while saving us money in reviewing structural details with the engineer to keep the cost reasonable. Jason is very agreeable and pleasant to work with while being highly intelligent and intuitive at the same time. These are rare qualities to have rolled into one person but are a great benefit when working on a project to suit a clients needs. We are very happy with the result and the fees he charged for his services. He has kept contact with us throughout the building process as if it was his baby and not just ours. Working with Jason as a designer was a great experience. He is available, responded to questions, modified plans as we needed to make changes, considered the myriad special needs of our project, and skillfully worked our project through the permitting maze in Sonoma County. His final product of drawings was thorough and complete enough for each of our contractors and subcontractors to successfully build a fabulous home. Highly recommended!

Ive worked with Jason on multiple projects and he has always been professional, responsive and extremely helpful with navigating through different agencies permitting processes.
