OT is great to work with. He provided accurate estimates of the concrete demo and repair. We did have to make changes to the estimates as we discovered additional scope however he was upfront and clear about why that needed to happen.
He coordinated regularly with me and HOA to ensure everything was going on track. With him leading, i didn't have to chase him down as he kept to the schedule and did a great job of the concrete demo & repair for 2 garage driveway repairs in our community. I would highly recommend OT for similar jobs.
I needed to patch a hole in my stamped concrete backyard because my AC was recently removed and the area underneath did not have stamped concrete. Lea came promptly after reaching out and described how he would fix it. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. After completing the work, he came back after 2 days to check on how it had dried and adjusted the edges for better finishing. I found him to be very punctual and professional. Thank you Lea!

The entry portion of my driveway needed to be lowered. Cars would hit the concrete upon entering because it was too high.
Ongolea did a great job in correcting this problem for me. He has many years of experience and offered ideas to make the project look more complete.
He is professional, hard working and fairly priced.

Needed a section of driveway replaced that was a trip hazard. OT removed that section, cut out a section of tree root that was causing the problem, added rebar and new concrete. I asked if they could fix a smaller section of walkway in my yard, which they did. The total cost was reasonable and they were very accommodating. I wish I had known about them sooner. (The brush mark in the "after" photo is from my touching the concrete too soon before it dried.)
Had a great experience with OT concrete. We hired him to install a pad for a backyard office. Lea was very communicative, punctual, and performed the work to specifications. We would definitely work with him again!
