Our family had a wonderful experience with Kiet! He was a great listener in terms of trying to understand our needs, and provided really good suggestions. He was highly skilled and knowledgeable with setting up a Ring system for us, and helping to guide us through how to set up the app and use it. I later learned that he does a lot of commercial installations which explains why he is so experienced. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to set up a homesecurity system.

Kiet helped with our existing residential security camera system in San Jose. He first worked remotely on diagnosing the problem, then came onsite to further investigate and make the necessary changes and repairs. He is incredibly knowledgeable, has a very diverse tech background, is polite and easy to work with. He was able to get the system up and running quickly, and his time/materials costs are very, very reasonable! I highly recommend using Around the Clock Point of Sale & Security!

Kiet has been a pleasure to work with. We had several delays due to delivery schedules, although troublesome, he was very flexible with the schedule and was able to overcome problems in the cameras he installed. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be open to talk over the phone and then text. I can't be available online on a computer here most of the time. Be within reason, be straight to the point, be open to discussion or alternative.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in CCTV industry for a decade now. Most of the work and services has been for businesses. Those services include internet, cable TV, TV mounting, menu TV, mesh network, point of sales, merchant account, e-commerce; and, of course, audio and video security surveillance.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Modified off the shelf cameras to catch a conniving roommate red handed going through my work desk.
