After Tyler completed the bathroom faucet install today, he will be my # 1 go to plumber! From the very beginning when I first contacted Poetic Plumbing on Thumbtack, Tyler was very quick to respond to all of my questions. I also researched reviews both on Thumbtack and on Yelp, and they were all excellent so I bought a new faucet and scheduled Tyler to do the job. He always quickly responded and he was able to give me some availability options that worked for my schedule too. Tyler’s work was exceptional. He didn’t take any shortcuts to ensure the faucet and drain were installed properly. Tyler did fantastic job for replacing our PRV and shut off. When we took over the ownership of the house, we realized there is no PRV and water shut off doesn't work, city meter was broken/leaking. Tyler is patient working with me and the city to ensure our water system is good. The job was professionally done and one year warranty! We are really happy about the result.
