- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have fair and reasonable pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make contact with the customer(s). I evaluate the concern. When I locate the problem, I advise the customer(s) about a few different options if there is any and I give a fair quote. If the customer(s) want to use my services. I do not ask for money up front. I do the needed repairs and then I invoice the customer(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner went to trade school for HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical.
