What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-We have Special Discount for Veterans.
-Prices would range of the Project Size, Labor, Hourly, and also Trave Time.
-We always aim for our Clints Satisfaction and we stand behind it 100%
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to contact them and see the main concerts of our Client and just to be in the same page. Then we get our Quote Approval, we Schedel date, time that we would are to proceed with the Services. We would need to have a 10% deposit before the service just to have our clients on board and also to making sure none of us get out the agreement.
Then we arrive to our customer water service to fill up the tank and have all the hose run. Foder more, we wet all the plant, grass to have them hydrae for the process, every Service is different, so we would be applying our Industrial sanitizer with Commercial degreaser for the specific project and areas. Then we proceed with the Washing and rinse method.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We always try to protect all of Clients belongings as much as possible, we never cut corners to protect, we try to do the best we can and beyond standers. It doesn't matter is the Project is small or big here on Torres Pressure Washing we take care of customers as well of the projects.
