- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please be aware that -in order to connect customer and client- Thumbtack charges a very large fee per person I do a job for. With that said, if you feel I do a good job cleaning, PLEASE do leave me a good review! It REALLY helps. I also purchase my own tools and supplies. And buy my business license etc from the state. I try to keep prices low and honest. And am able to offer a deal for a first cleaning. Please check out Dreamitclean for more information
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to get to know you, ask you what you are looking to accomplish with this cleaning. I like to make sure I’m meeting your needs with each cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a caregiver, a professional seamstress, a nanny, a remote customer service representative, and a baker. During almost ALL of these jobs, I have cleaned at least part time. I’ve cleaned for 7 years. Both commercially (gyms, airb&b) and for local homes and RV’s
