- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I diagnose and assess the problem first. 2. Before I begin work I usually tell the customer what the problem is and the cost to repair/fix the issue 3. I then ask the customer if they agree to the cost and if they want me to continue with fixing the problem.
