- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to work with the customers and give them a price they can afford. Tell us your budget and we will work with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the costumer a couple days in advance to conversate, discuss more about the event in detail and make sure we meet all requirements from both ends so that you and your party are completely satisfied. And stay in touch via texting or phone calls until the day of the event just to keep updated on any changes of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have done multiple events. We've hosted many parties and no complaints.
