He was quick to give me great quotes. Outbid everyone else's offers except on one project. Did some negotiating and hired him for the entire job. Thats where things went downhill. He was slow to respond to messages, taking days and multiple messages to reply. Then when he showed up to do the work he demands more money. Unacceptable. He may give you good quotes but he won't honor them and they will change when he comes to do the work. He's a huge waste of time.
