- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 12 session package and a 25 session package which is the best deal and is the most popular. I have found that results may vary from person to person but I like to ask for at least a 4-8 week commitment to ensure results. I also have a session by session price. Sessions are typically 1 hour long.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do assessments to check for muscular imbalance and weaknesses. Trainers who are serious about the health of their clients should never hit the weights without even just a few simple tests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a non commissioned officer in the Marine Corps and a former Cop. These skills have given me a rare type of training I can share with my clients. I also have inside knowledge of how the Marines and other elite entities stay in shape with little food choices.
