Working with Now Ya Ngo was beyond easy. We booked them for a company picnic, and had reached out to several vendors for a photo booth. Now Ya Ngo was so responsive, gathered any requested documentation required of my corporate office or the parks service. Jeff was very responsive to our photo booth request which was about a month away from our non-profit fundraiser event. He worked with me on pricing, which was affordable than most from the ones I've been researching. Reading all the great reviews was what sealed the deal for myself and the person paying for it. I had a design in mind and gave him a mock up. He fulfilled it to our satisfaction, see attached photo. Attendees we're having a blast with the booth. I also loved the fact it was unlimited prints, ability to have pics emailed to those taking it at that time, and our event got all the pictures taken that evening, too. Props were provided which was nice. We didn't have to get our own. Steven was the attendant that evening. He was a great addition because the booth did have a hiccup in the beginning, but he worked it out and no problems ever since. We were very satisfied and would hire them again. Thank you once again for the excellent service!
