Amber has been phenomenal. We have a large vacation rental property and have worked with several cleaners over the years, ranging from individuals to larger firms specializing in rentals. Out of all of these Amber is the best. She communicates effectively, using phone, e-mail, texts and pictures when she has questions. She does not hesitate to offer up her own ideas about things that need to get done, and she takes the initiative to make improvements. I had had nothing but bad experiences in the past with property management firms, so had been doing my own management. I had one duplex in a "challenging" area and was having a terrible time finding good tenants. I had 3 evictions in one year. I saw Bonnie's ad and decided to give her a try after speaking with her. She is a miracle worker. I don't know how she does it but she finds great tenants and I have since given her another duplex. I can't believe what a great job she is doing. The only problem I have with her is she says she may be relocating out of the area in the future. I will be devastated if that happens. She is a godsend. Please Bonnie, don't leave!

Working with Greg was a pleasure. I knew that I didn’t have to worry about him doing what he said he’d do. He posted my unit for rent on every site, some that I’d never even heard of. He provided resources for me at every turn. I decided to sell my condo instead of renting it out, so I didn’t get to use Greg as a property manager through the entire process, but would use him again in a heartbeat! I can recommend Greg without reservation.
