Chris was on time and very Professional. I am very very satisfied with the job, was in hurry for my medical appointment so he said he will email my invoice that I can pay later on my convenience. Pictures of before and after are “ tell all”. Hired him for yearly contract where he will clean my Panels every three months total of 4 in a year and price was very very affordable. Would definitely rehire him next year again for yearly contract

I was very impressed with his professional manner all the way from the first time I contacted him to when the job was done. I signed on for the 4 times a year solar panel cleaning. For a very reasonable fee you keep your panels clean and as he cleans he observes their condition and gives you a report when the job is done! Quite a value! I was pleased to find he offers other services like guttercleaning as well.

Chris is wonderful. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. He made sure our gutters were ready for the rainy season, cleaned our solar panels beautifully and put up a protective barrier to keep the birds out from underneath the panels. He was thorough and made sure to clean up the yard and made sure the roof was washed clean as well. Grateful for his time and efforts. I strongly recommend Chris! Thank you Chris!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always strive to be the lowest priced while maintaining the highest quality. If you get a lower quoted price, call me and I'll do everything I can to beat it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to working for a new client, I know there's a level of concern letting someone unknown into your home. I go out of my way to ensure that my customers receive service when it's most convenient and with the least amount of stress possible. I believe you should be just as happy with the person performing the service as you are with the service itself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the past 15 years, I have worked in the construction industry. I've done everything from whole house demos to new builds and remodels. After seeing the explosion of solar panel installation in California, I shifted towards solar (and other) cleaning as an opportunity for expansion.
