Andrew is an awesome drummer and excellent teacher. He puts a lot of attention to detail into each of his students' lessons, and is a great communicator. Would highly recommend him for drum lessons of any level of you're looking!

I had the pleasure of studying with Andrew during my temporary stay within Southern California. Our meetings mostly revolved around jazz drum set performance, although we would typically discuss "bigger picture" philosophies regarding music. Our time spent together allowed me to escape my own personal musical stagnation and widen my overall artistic scope. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone seeking a teacher that goes above and beyond.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always start with finding motivations and defining goals and with a student. It’s important for my students to feel like I am addressing what they want to be working so that they can meet those goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended San Francisco School of The Arts and am now a current student at California Institute of The Arts. I have been playing drums for about 11 years and have studied many different kinds of music with many different teachers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly younger students and a few adult students all ages are welcome!
